how to get GUI from screenshots
« on: April 26, 2016, 10:04:33 am »

In a number of screenshots around the web, I have seen a VectorLinux user interface which looks like MacOSX. Which installation disc installs this version?

Also would that version of VL work well with a Pentium 4 computer with 1GB of RAM?

You may have seen the 32-bit 7.0 screenshots.  That should work on your CPU, but bare in mind the software is quite outdated at this point.

7.1 and 7.2 have similar software, but updated to their latest versions (in the case of 7.2).  The default desktop configuration has changed since then, but you should be able to configure your desktop the way you want it to look after installation quite easily
