finally snapped one of my desktop.... ...and, it's not really SOHO, it's standard. When I was making the wallpaper I couldn't find an alphabet in that particular font and didn't want to get sidetracked trying to track one down so I just threw on SOHO

That is such a cool wallpaper. The orange is so refreshing since blues became the trend.

The name of the wallpaper is vacuum (light curves) black which can be downloaded by clicking the Get New Wallpapers button in the desktop setup area.

Inspired by retired1af 's transparency I decided to try it on my taskbar too, this is what it looks like when it's not cluttered with windows (rarely happens): I got rid of the contents of the desktop because it looked crappy and I don't really need them anyways. ps. I just noticed the filesize of this image, please note I didn't do that on purpose and I do not worship Satan. Just the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

Hmmm. I like the idea of adding the icons to the task bar and getting rid of everything else on the desktop. Time to go play.

I've attached a 2nd screen to my old CRT, and I spent sometime looking for a nice wallpaper to meet my extended needs, and messed up with transparencies I obviously don't work with this frame layout, but anyway, I think it finally looks pretty decent. Not decent nor standard enough to be here though. ratpoison, vimperator, urxvt with transparency, and urxvt with screen and irssi.

Where did you find the pager and wallpaper, respectively?

There is no pager there. If you mean that calendar on the corner, it's done by executing the ratpoison 'echo' command with a bunch of commands inside it. The exact command as well as the wallpaper and some other screenshots can be found here: http://raimonster.googlepages.com/ratpoison
