I donated $50 (Canadian) to Vector Linux

Hi everyone.  I was an avid user some years ago, but, well, I went to Debian.  However, I still feel that Vector Linux is great, so I just made a donation of $50 Canadian ($36.28 USD).

Hmm.  I just noticed that I received a text message from PayPal asking me to confirm my donation, with "1" being equivalent to "yes" and "2" being equivalent to "no".  I did text them back "1", but they subsequently texted me, saying, "We're sorry.  You can't send or request money by text anymore.  Please download the latest PayPal app."  I don't know.  I suspect this means my donation did not go through.  Anyway, regardless, I certainly do respect the work that was done here, and I feel it was a great community.

Hi Mark,

As you see there were no responses besides mine. Vector Linux is in a state of flux.
Currently we are looking for developers and such to continue the project.

As I started to say last night before being rudely interrupted by a bad connection that I have been mostly using Vector since 2004 and it would be a shame for this project not to continue. While I have no time to help because of work and long commutes, I can only contribute monetarily and will be happy to do so in the future if this project continues.
