Hi,

I will install Vector Linux from another linux partition and I want to know if we can, while managing the partitions in the install process, delete/repartition the partition on witch the .iso is ?

no the partition that the .iso is on will be mounted so that will not be possible.
It would be better to move it to a partition you want to keep "safe"
