logically,i should  change "ndiswrapper" with "wext" somewhere,should i ?

wext is short for "Wireless EXTension", and all it means is that it should use the default wireless card on your system and you don't have to change anything anywhere.

This is what I would like you to do:

1 - open a terminal and run:

tail -f /var/log/messages

That will read kernel messages, so leave that running.

2 - Open a second terminal and run only the wpa_supplicant command:

wpa_supplicant -B Dwext -iwlan0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf

Then post all the messages that appear the both the terminals here so we can take a look at them.
I'm sorry but I don't speak french (I do know a few of the basics, but not enough to engage in a full conversation  )

does "tail -f /var/log/messages" command send kernel messages in the "messages" file or is it just a display so i have to send it in a file with "&>" command to post it to you after ?

(the wifi key was plugged before i power on my pc).

When i type :

there is no reaction in /var/log/messages

but i always obtain error messages in terminal where i type wpa... commmand :

I looked on google and it seems to be link with a hostapd driver.
Do you know it ?

it's the same result(i'vn't verify the exact words but it looks like) with :
wpa_supplicant -B Dndiswrapper -iwlan0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf

I've verify with gslapt, wpa_supplicant is installed.

An other thing :
when i try to unplug an plug again my wifi key i obtain on "tail terminal":
driver zd1211b loaded (or something like that)
Are you sure that the 2 drivers can be loaded at the same time ?

Try blacklisting the zd1211b driver if you are using ndiswrapper.
Open a terminal and logon as root, then add this line to the end of /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist

Then remove the zd1211b module from the memory:

Also then try chaging your wpa_supplicant.conf to this:

key_mgmt=WPA-PSK

i thought zd1211b was already in blacklist because i did it before,but i 'll verify.
And what about :

and host AP ?
There is a driver and a daemon with this name but i don't believe that i need it (but i'm not sure of what i have understand about it on google !)
If you know about these could you explain to me if it's usefull or not ?

I've done what you said to add in wpa_supplicant and it works..!!!!!!
So it's well a problem with AP.
Could you EXPLAIN what it is ,because i don't know ?

I have too blacklisted zd1211b which wasn't (i'had done zd1211rw only).
{The "rrmod command" doesn't works}

When i 'll be couragous i 'll replace ndiswrapper by zd1211b driver because it doesn't seem that it was the problem !
What do think about it ?
