I have different refresh rates in NVIDIA X server and "screen resize & rotate" (KRandRTray)

NVIDIA X says either auto, 75 Hz or 60 Hz, KRandRTray says 50 or 54 Hz. Which one is correct?

Use your monitor's on-screen controls (the physical buttons on the monitor) and see if it displays the refresh rate in use.
