I have made these partitions as was written in the installations help:

-winxp NTFS
-FAT32
-swap
-ext3

I cant find FAT32 from Vectorlinux, where is it?

Look in /etc/fstab that will tell you where your
partitions are mounted. SWAP and ext3 are
to setup Vector.

Have you used VASM to set up your FAT32 partition to mount at boot time?  If not, and if you don't know how, post a message and I'll give detailed instructions on how to do so, or you can look at the VASM documentation on how to do so here:  http://vectorlinux.osuosl.org/docs/vl58/manuals/vl5_admin_vasm_en.html.
