hi ím using VL 5.0 and i need f2c or a gcc compiler with fortran . I don´t know if that are the same thing but the fact is that i´m using gcc 3.4.6 but it has no fortran.

I cant remember why, but I needed a fortran compiler for something and one of this list did it:

I am not sure about Vector, but the GCC compiler included with Slackware supports FORTRAN if you install the gcc-gfortran package

For me, slackware's gcc-g77 package worked fine when I needed a fortran compiler some time ago: http://packages.slackware.it/package.php?q=11.0/gcc-g77-3.4.6-i486-1

Oh you're right, so it is. In that case this should get you gcc-g77:
