Linux to Mac OS X look

Is there a way to make Vector Linux look like Mac OS X? I would really like to have an OS with the capabilies of Vector and the looks of OS X. I know that there was a program for windows called Flyakite MacOSX, which could transform entirely the look and feel of Windows. Is there something like that on linux, too?

A lot of it depends on which Desktop Environment you are using.  For example, there's Baghira for KDE 3.4 & 3.5; there are some tutorials out there on how to use Baghira for a somewhat Mac OS X-like look.  You probably can do similar things with GNOME and Xfce.  Even if you just do a Google search and include the terms "linux" and "Mac OS X" and "look like" you'll get some hits for tutorials and such.  Without knowing which Desktop Environment or Window Manager  you're using, I can't be more specific.  Here's a link to one of the tutorials:  http://baghira.sourceforge.net/OS_Clone-en.php .  One thing to note:  people vary in their opinions about how much these themes, docks, etc. really make a Linux graphical environment look like OS X.  Another thing:  depending on how much you want your desktop to look like OS X, you may need to compile some things on your own; for some of the stuff out there I would imagine there are no Vector/Slackware packages.  Some of the packages you might be able to find at http://www.linuxpackages.net or http://www.slacky.eu/.

Easy ..., if you are using XFCE 4.
Go to http://www.xfce-look.org/
Find anything about Clearlooks. There are :
- gtk2 theme
- icons
- cursor
- xfwm4 theme
- xfce4 splash.

I am using KDE 3.3, because that's the version of kde available on Vector Linux SOHO 5.0. On that version of Vector i managed to get my wireless modem up and running.

with kde you can make it act alot like macosX 

If you followed moe-inx howto on getting beryl, you can enable the 3d accelerated gui effects and sweet features (such as Mac's "Expose") , along with real transparency and some serious eye candy (emerald is closer to the mac look) !
