070704 - GTK GLArea, GSL and Mopac7

veki packaged the following apps, all are in the testing repo:

gtkglarea: gtkglarea ( gtkglarea )
gtkglarea: Just as GTK+ is build on top of GDK, GtkGLArea is built on top of
gtkglarea: gdkgl which is basically wrapper around GLX functions. The widget
gtkglarea: itself is very similar to GtkDrawinigArea widget and adds only three

gsl: gsl ( GNU Scientific Library )
gsl: The GNU Scientific Library (GSL) is a numerical library for C and C++

mopac7: mopac7 ( chemistry computation tool )
mopac7: MOPAC7 is a semi-empirical quantum-mechanics code written

mopac7: program as well as a library that provides the functionality
mopac7: of MOPAC7 to other programs.

Some of the descriptions need fixing.

VL 6.0 SOHO latest alpha on one box, VL 5.9 Lite on the other.
