Hi all

Using VL 5.8 standard - Want to add a second hard disk  - how to  do this ?

The hardware part is the same.

You must tell us how you shall install it (e.g., IDE primary slave)

hanumizzle is right if you want specific info but if you just connect the drive VL will detect it unless it replaces the current primary boot drive. Thus if your current HD is IDE primary master and your BIOS is set to boot from that drive then the place on the controller that you attach it to will determine the /dev/xxx designation. Then it is a simple matter of formating and mounting the partitions you choose to define.
