I'm working on getting my MacBook Pro setup (I currently offically loathe EFI..), and for storage I opted to use a non-journalized Mac partition (I assume that's HFS...or is it just non-journalized HFS+?) after a quick internet search that seemed to imply that HFS* should be fairly supported nowadays.

So, well, does it need have proper R/W support? I did add a Fat32 partition as a blah, unorganized share/storage partiton just in case. Smiley True, I'll find out soon enough lol, but I want to post to see what I was in for.
