Do you get sound with the other video links (inside the browser)?

On the 1st link, theres no sound with the MPEG, nor the AVI (divx). (the others dont work at all).
The audio player doesnt look right either - some of the controls seem to be missing.

d'oh  Roll Eyes !
Just checked my BIOS setup and I had forgotten to disable the onboard audio - which meant I had 2 soundcards active. Changed that, and the sound examples on the test pages now work  Cheesy

Good to hear it is solved, now.

For the record, when some of the mplayer stuff gets uninstalled, you can get the browser plugins working by (re)installing one of the mplayer packages + mplayer-extralite + codecs-win32 + the plugins package (not sure about what ffmpeg does, though).
