he

I had some hardware corruption an therefore i tried to move the mouse from an aux mouse to a tty0 mouse by reconfigure X with vasm that did not work and I found an other solution with the mouse but something was corrupt while doing this attempt. I lost the possibility to startx as user. This is not a problem in the XF86Config4 file I believe but some other place in the xinit startx thing. When I execute startx as user mikkel. I get that the Xserver need root privilege and that it should be started via Xwrapper. when I do xwrapper I get something about not being able to execute

/usr/somthing/somthing/bin/X

Sorry for the unprecise description but maybe someone just now what this is about. Else I will log the output and send it.

Ok I found solution to this problem with google:

So the Xwrapper was solved in this way:

as root
#remove symlink
rm /usr/X11R6/bin/X
#make new
ln -s /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_SVGA /usr/X11R6/bin/X

The startx was solved in this way wich I don't know is the right way but i worked:

as root
chmod u-s /usr/X11R6/bin/X*
