VL is fast!!

That means that I can buy a second hand dell laptop for $300AUD and it ends up heaps faster than most other laptops I see these days running XP or Vista.

But as everyone has said the community is really the kicker. I feel as if everyone who asks a question on the message board actually wants to learn more about their computer and OS, not just get it to run correctly. And everyone who answers wishes to assist with the learning, not just appear to be knowledgeable.
