Hi,

     How can i make Vector display Japanese characters on the internet? Like here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_language ?

You first need a Japanese font you like. http://www.wazu.jp/gallery/Fonts_Japanese.html, is a good place to find some. Then, as root copy the .ttf file to /usr/X11/lib/fonts/TTF and then reboot your computer. That should do the trick. :D
