I've tried building and packaging this one last time, and boy was it annoying. Dependencies aside, it uses scons to build the game and there is no particular documentation on how to actually install it after it has been built. Good Luck!

p.s. If it checks for an openal function and doesn't find it, you may have to edit the Sconscript file. I just removed the whole block of checking code.

I used it on Winders once. Didn't really like it that much, to be honest. I prefer the old cbzone style of tank games.   8)
