hi, i use soho 5.8 and have the problem mentioned above.
how can i make links in thunderbird to open in ff??

with google i found a site(alas in german)to solve the problem...

http://blog.psax.de/thunderbird-problem-links-oeffnen-sich-nicht/

alas to no avail...

all the other hints are for xp or vista and not for linux :-(
ff is set up as defaultbrowser in kde
the german thunderbirdsite offers only solutions to windows :-(

does anybody has a solution for my problem?

greets günter

I considered tweaking Thunderbird when I built it to use Firefox, but not everyone uses Firefox so I opted not to.
