Just saw this article today and was wondering if VL is affected by this limitation (by default) or have the necessary changes been implemented such that VL is capable of (at least) 4gb?  It's an interesting article nonetheless.

Hmm - Bruce Byfield is close to home - should drop  him a friendly line
(might even have the temerity as a fellow B.C.'er to suggest he follow Kernel changelogs
&/or 'upgrade' his ummm  Grin  personal-D.B.?)

Actually - it's a bit of a trend now for  journalists to increase readership by Blogging

Nothing wrong with that,  but they owe it to faithful to stay current &  confirm all prior to publishing ?
