In the same train of thought as :
http://planet.fedoraproject.org/ , http://planet.ubuntulinux.org/ and http://www.planetsuse.org/
...it's may be a good idea too for VectorLinux, to start with a blog planet as an useful addition to the forum and wiky?

'Planet' sites are mainly just blog aggregators.  Do any of the devs here even keep blogs to aggregate?  I guess the 'planet vl' could just be a single shared dev blog, but I can't think of much that they would put on a blog that isn't already posted here.  Seems kinda redundant to me.

some of you guys have pretty interesting linux projects on your hands. It would be a nice way to keep the masses updated with shiny screenshots and all.. Tongue

Been looking for the cms handling these planets .. I think its popoon but its not installable right now
(http://turkey.fvdh.net/popoon)

I'll continue looking.

edit: appears to be http://www.planetplanet.org/
It'd require everyone to have a blog in order to make this work... I could try to make such setup.
