Multimedia keyboard help
« on: November 12, 2007, 08:58:53 am »
I have a logitech multimedia keyboard with buttons, play/pause, vol+,vol-,mute; and home, email, fav, search.

Anything to work atleast the multimedia or volume control buttons?
Re-installing is not a problem, but it is when I had to.

There is a HOWTO in our HOWTO Forum for that.

Do you want to use them system-wide, or just with, say, Xine?  If it's just Xine, I can assist you (having set my bluetooth Logitech keyboard up for it) but I must admit, I've had less than shining success system-wide.

It worked.
I selected a keyboard model from the list and its now OK. No need for a restart KDE.
Re-installing is not a problem, but it is when I had to.
