Just a quick one - my brain seems to be not working tonight.  A consequence of gardening no doubt.  I can't seem to find logs for the Xserver, which i think may provide a clue as to why xorg keeps giving me ghost text.  Any help appreciated.

EDIT:  Never mind me, I'm an idiot.  /var/log of course.
