Take a look at my newly installed 5.9 STD
This is running JWM + idesk
I think it makes a really great functional desktop without sacrificing lots of system resources.
It feels even faster than xfce4

Holy cow Moe, thats some really neet looking desktop. Hopefully I get mine as pretty as that when I will update mine 58 to 59....today!

For anybody out there who's thinking about buying the deluxe edition, I have to say it's well worth it.  I know that posting this in "The Lounge" is sort of like preaching to the choir ... but if you haven't, for what you get it's well worth the small price.

And, as Vec said, it's a way to show appreciation for all the hard work that went into this release.

Any way to get that CPU usage graph in the task bar for VL 5.8 STD Gold?

Xfce has a plugin called cpu graph, not sure if it is available in 5.8. Right click in the panel, Add new Item, find Cpu Graph.
