xfprint4 gives segmentation fault
« on: January 03, 2008, 03:56:57 pm »

When launching xprint4 from the command line with a file as argument, when selecting a file in the graphical dialog, or when clicking "Print file" for a text file in the context menu in thunar, I get a segmentation fault and nothing comes out. This is both in 5.8 and 5.9 standard (with the same printer, and Epson Stylus Color 740).

Printer system setting are set to CUPS in Xfce.

This is both as user and root.

But I can print from inside mousepad or other text editor.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Fixed after reinstalling VL 5.9.
No printer connected now, so maybe something because of that.
