How to Change Cursor in Fluxbox
« on: January 16, 2008, 07:39:54 pm »
In VL-5.8 in fluxbox somehow I inherited lately the cursor which in xfce4 is called Grounation and I am unable to change it back. In xfce4 I am using jimmac which I had before in fluxbox.

Where is the switch to get this cursor back in fluxbox?

Thanks & regards

http://fluxbox-wiki.org/index.php/Howto_edit_the_startup_file

Google to the rescue.

Thanks! I know how to configure the fluxbox startup file. Command xsetroot -cursor_name left_ptr -fg white -bg black & changes nothing even when invoked from xterm. I tried that already. May be I have to reinstall fluxbox to get rid of this for me ugly cursor & Co.

Found the solution:

deleted in ~/.icons/Grounation.
