Requested xgalaga-2.0.34 is packaged for VL5.9.  Packing for VL5.8 is unsuccessful at this time.

Updated to xgalaga-2.0.34-i586-2vl59.tlz.  See below for details.

YES,
it works great for me on VL-Light-A1.2 with 64mb ram and vesa graphics even  Smiley

I know nothing about them?  I didn't see anything that jumped out at me in the Debian patches.  I'll do some more digging and update the build if I need to Smiley

I've seen a few references to the xgalaga "cheat codes" out there on the intertubes (here's one:  http://www.interopcommunity.com/printable.aspx?m=5704) but since I'm a turnip when it comes to any computer language, I have no idea if these even exist in the source code.

Anyway, the game works great as is and I love the full screen, so don't spend any time worrying about this.

I think I've figured it out.  I saw your other post mentioning main.c.  Nice clue!  Seems the code will work if defined.  I'm gonna give a whirl in a minute and let ya know what's up.
