Task Manager

In windows xp when I press ctrl+alt+del I get "Task manager has been disabled by the administrator  " msg.
although I have logged in as administrator.
How to enable this ?

click on menu >run>type msconfig >hit enter> under tools tab highlight task manager >click launch
That should do it.

I get "Windows can not find msconfig " msg.
