Does anyone know how to set the mousewheel to autoscroll when pressed once?

This is a feature that I use in Firefox and OpenOffice Word Processor (vertically only).

In Firefox you can select Autoscroll so that when you press the mousewheel once, you can scroll up/down/left/right by simply moving the mouse without having to hold down any buttons.

It is a pretty convenient feature to have.

Go to about:config (type about:config in the urlbar) and set:
middlemouse.contentLoadURL to false
general.autoScroll to true
