Why not buy something that has native linux support? That's always your best shot

If you buy something that is fully supported in linux, you shouldn't have a problem, shouldn't even need to use ndiswrapper.
But if you did have a problem, you can always go back and use ndiswrapper on these I guess. Although the chances of that happening are odd (if the hardware has native linux support)
