I ordered, received and installed a D-Link G630. It has an Atheros rev. 01 chipset. Problem: I run VLwifi and the card is recognized and I enter in my network info. I get a return message of "Success interface ath0 is configured with address 192.168.1.44". Next I go to wifi radar and I see my network listed and connected although there is no IP address associated with it. The box for signal strength is dark blue. I have Wavelan on my bottom panel and it gives me the name of my network but no green bars. I am sitting 3 feet from my router while I set this up so signal strength is not an issue. It looks as if I am close to getting this working but I can't get an internet connection. Any ideas?  Thanks, Keith
Edit:  I disabled WEP on my home router and the card is now working. Is there a way to enable WEP and still use this card?  kge420

Please use the howto or maybe even the search bar.

Everything is in there.

I read and followed the instructions and cannot connect with WEP enabled.
