For people who want to change the 2 minutes delay for booting up there system with lilo do the following:

1. go to: etc/lilo.conf -> change timeout to something like 40 (+- 5 sec)
2. then go to your terminal and type: lilo -v
3. after this has been done you can reboot to notice the time differents
