After several weeks of trying to get cedega to work for games, and getting no answere to my question to 'cedega tech support', I finally gave up and cleaned cedega off my system. I had been playing Call of Duty using liflg installers which I assume is using 'wine' for playing.
My problem now is: when I type "codsp* " to start the game I get an error mesg.

Wine(X)/Cedega not in your PATH
The 'locate' command shows absolutely no trace of 'cedega' anywhere on my HD. And yes, I did the 'updatebd' command to make sure.
I have the latest 'Wine' upgrade, so at this point I'm at a loss as to what to do expect ask here on the forum.
Maybe, did the wine upgrade mess me up?, Unfortunately I have no Idea what 'wine' ver I was using before I upgraded.
Hopefully someone can help me on this one.
