Odd question, G15 Keyboard LCD panel [SOLVED]
« on: March 27, 2008, 07:19:03 am »

I can't honestly say I'm expecting many responses to this, but my damned curiosity compels me:  Has anyone on this forum had any luck utilising the LCD panel on the Logitech G15 keyboard?  Personally, I'd like to be able to display, for example, CPU and RAM load.

Thanks in advance.

:O  Thank you rbistolfi.  If I wasn't a giant hulking male, I'd tell you "me love you long time."  But I am, so that'd be wrong :)

Hehe, I downloaded the sources by myself, no time to try to compile them yet, let me know how it goes, maybe not many with a g15 using vl, but one more thing supported will not hurt :)

I must say, it works quite well.

Needed to grab g15render and the lib files from the link, plus a few other bits and pieces (g15daemon and the xmms plugin in my case) but all compiled without a hitch.  Volume works, LCD works.  Mage is happy.
