and how do i install it

If so please read where it says "For Windows"

If you really need this then you could try wine.

Google it and you may find some insight.

Pretty simple.

Follow their instructions.

First build the dependencies and then build the package. So check that
you do or do not have the packages. If not download and install in order.
Follow their README to install. After the deps, then the package.

There is almost always a README in the tar file. The README
is straight forward. 

The purpose of a README is for instructions on the application. There
may also be a INSTALL file.
