I've been using VL for a few weeks now - I migrated from Xubuntu because I fancied a change. So far it has been good, with a few minor irritations. I'm using the SOHO edition.

Welcome to vector linux...hope you enjoy it..I know I do...I found that all the distros have some little irratation or another but are usually either solveable or acceptable..I have more of them with windows it seems but they all do the basics for me..currently vector is doing them better
