Have a look at this: http://blog.wired.com/27bstroke6/2008/06/hans-reiser-off.htmlI actually thought he might be innocent. EDIT: I took a second look at the article and realized that not only is this not finalized, but also that there's no solid information that Hans actually knows where Nina's body is. The most concrete thing seems to be that there are "ongoing discussions."

Perhaps she's hidden in the filesystem somewhere ... ;-)

Great, I hate to think I've been writing all over her bits. Now I feel like a sick #@!% for even joking about it.

Well, now that others have done it ...
Maybe this means Richard Stallman will finally tell us where the HURD kernel is.

I sure am glad I use reiserfs on all my Linux partitions. And to think I might have installed ext3, which has no blood on its hands, for the extra 'chattr' features. A little black humour never hurt anyone!

I wonder if he recorded the location of the body in his journal.

Seems by now the location has been revealed and the body retreived

Um ... journal, y'know ... cuz of the type of file system he wrote. Oh, dagnabit.
If you have to explain it, you either told it wrong or it wasn't funny. In this case, probably both.

He he he... Perhaps now we'll get a final ReiserFS v4.0 as Hans will now have a lot of time on his hands to finish things off ....
