Looks like you need 4 partitions.

First make one for XP and install it. Leave enough room for the rest.
One swap partition, let's say 512 MB. The Linuxes will share it.
VL and Xubuntu will need their own respective partition.

If it was my disk, I would use one more partition, for home, shared between VL and Xubuntu.

1 = NTFS = 15gb
2 = swap = 512mb
3 = vl ext3 = 10gb
4 = xubuntu = 10gb
5 = /home ext2 = 40gb

Should i keep /home as ext3. I know there is a driver for windows that can read ext3 but not write so ext2?
