USB speakers probably require the use of the snd_usb_audio kernel module (driver), since they're essentially a soundcard with just an output. You can make this the default soundcard as described in my HOWTO here:  http://forum.vectorlinux.com/index.php?topic=4888.0

This method might lead to trouble if you plan to record on the other soundcard. In that case, you should use the jack plug instead of the USB connector and connect it to the audio out of the soundcard.

I am unsure. You should open a new question about this with a clear description, so people who have no idea about USB speakers but know about internationalization can help ;).

The answer is, yes, Vector Linux can support Chinese.  Since I neither read nor write the language I don't know the details.  What I can tell you is that if you open gslapt and search on font you will find a number of Chinese font packages.  You will also need to install scim.  I know we have HOW-TOs for Japanese and Korean and I imagine some of the same software applies.  Check the HOW-TO section of the forum.

Are you looking to localize your system, where the menus, help, etc... will be in Chinese as well?  I can give you some links if so.

I'm sorry I can't be more specific.  I agree that is a separate topic.  Please also mark this topic as [SOLVED]
