I've packaged the latest version of the Fast and Light Tool Kit (fltk) for VL 5.9 and VL 5.9.1.  Please note that this package is names fltk2 to allow it to install side by side with fltk 1.x.  This should prevent breaking any existing packages built on the older version.

Package: fltk2-v2.0.x_r6403-i586-1vl59.tlz
MD5: df20ef1ee0a3f4874da6809cbe998e8d
Package Size: 629K
Installed Size: 3200K

Sources: http://vectorlinux.osuosl.org/veclinux-5.9/source/testing/dev/fltk2

Code:
fltk2: fltk2 (The Fast Light Tool Kit)
fltk2:
fltk2: FLTK (pronounced "fulltick") is a C++ graphical user

fltk2: Windows(r). It was originally developed by Bill Spitzak and
fltk2: maintained by a small group of developers across the world
fltk2:  with a central repository in the US.
fltk2:
fltk2: License: FLTK LIBRARY LICENSE
fltk2: Authors:  see CREDITS file

After testing this package, please take a moment and come back to this thread to let us know how it works for you.

I really have to say sorry about this one.
In packaging board I said that I'll do this one, but I ditched it due to lack of time and energy after name error came out... That was not nice from my side and I thought I'll go back and finish it after I'll get some time to spare. I never did.
Thank you for taking care of it.

Please don't worry about it.  I didn't even remember you saying you'd do it.  I just saw a request for dillo 2.0 and this was a dependency.  I was just trying to meet user demand.  I sure didn't mean to step on your toes or steal your package.

Thanks for all your efforts in packaging.  They are appreciated.
