how to make everything transparent(not just taskbar & konsole windows) but the konqueror windows etc?

does it possible to make transparent on xfce?
what fluxbox is?

Since you also mention konqueror:
To get transparency in KDE, go to Control Center -> Desktop -> Window Behaviour. There's a "translucency" tab, which is where you can enable all sorts of effects.

It's possible in Xfce but I haven't found the old HOWTO here on the forum.

Fluxbox is a smaller window manager, that uses less resources than xfce and kde. I'm not sure if it has transparancy.

There are transparent options in xfce.  You can find them in Menu--->Settings--->Window Manager Tweaks
Under the Compositor tab.

Hope thats what you are looking for.

i use kde, and i try to do this:

but when i restart, it show pop up message some kind like this:

Enable the Composite on Extension section in the xorg config file, but i cant find that xorg config file...
