081020 ispell-3.3.02-6 [VL 5.9]

I've repackaged the latest ispell (spell checker) for VL 5.9 and VL 5.9.1.  The version currently in the repo has issues.  This one works correctly :)  ispell is the spell checker used by Emacs and SIAG Office.  It can also be used stand-alone as a CLI spell checker.  This package includes English dictionaries (US and UK).  A French dictionary is also in the extra repo.
