I've repackaged the latest ispell (spell checker) for VL 5.9 and VL 5.9.1. The version currently in the repo has issues. This one works correctly

ispell is the spell checker used by Emacs and SIAG Office. It can also be used stand-alone as a CLI spell checker. This package includes English dictionaries (US and UK). A French dictionary is also in the extra repo.
