Anyone familiar with Clamav anti-virus software? It's designed to run on Linux systems.  I have checked out their website and now I'm looking for personal feedback.  Thanks!

Yes, ClamAV is good and fast at what it does. But my question would be do you need it? You really only need anti-virus on Linux if your Linux box is serving emails to MS Windows boxes, or being used as a file server of any sort for Windows machines. Otherwise completely unnecessary, IMHO.

I have it running on several computers, without any problems.
