rbistolfi has packaged an updated version of libxml2 for VL 5.9 and VL 5.9.1. This is a
security patch that fixes known vulnerabilities. Security conscious users may wish to upgrade to the new version immediately. The package is currently in testing but it will be moved to patches as soon as we have adequate user testing done.
