Having a bit of trouble getting it to work. I think the problem may be downstream, ie. router or firewall.

This package does work.  I know because I use it daily Smiley

This isn't the place to ask for help.  You'd get more folks who can help in the Networking section of the forum.  This section is only for testing packages.  tor has been out of testing and into extra for quite a few months.  Please post in the Networking section and explain the problems you are having there so that someone can help you troubleshoot the problem.

Please don't infer that your package has an integrity issue. The problem is between my keyboard and my chair. I,ve seen some of your background, and believe in your qualifications on security issues. I'll take the issue to the correct section and thanks.

I didn't infer anything.  This part of the forum has one purpose:  to discuss the integrity of new packages.  So, yes, I assumed you were using the forum correctly.
