How to apply a 'delta'
« on: January 28, 2009, 02:34:51 pm »

... Did a search here and google, but hits were all about specific deltas.

Do we have a how-to here, or anyone have an external link, please?

(I don't want to make a delta, but rather apply one - specifically the VL6 delta from RC3 to RC4.)

thanks much
