Kidz Korner
« on: February 05, 2009, 05:29:47 am »

Hi all,  I wanted to announce Linux Graphics Users forum has added a section just for kids.  A place to teach the next generation the basics of Linux graphics software. It's geared toward kids ages up to 16.  We call it Kidz Korner and it will be heavily moderated to keep it a safe place to hang out. We're aiming to make this a fun place.  So if you have kids at home that are starting to get into Linux then this might be somewhere you may want to steer them to.

  Thanks, Dadster

Thanks Dadster.  Sometimes I babysit my nephew on the weekends, and even though he's pretty young he knows some stuff about computers.  He's only three and he's learning Python.  Okay, not really on that last thing, but he likes "pitchers" so I'll give him a look-see at Kidz Korner.  I'm sure he'll love it.
