Hello
« on: February 24, 2009, 07:39:02 am »

Hi I'm a pastor in Texas and have been playing with linux for several years. Not a newbie but not an expert, somewhere in the middle I suppose.
I just downloaded VL 6.0
It looks to be the best ever! I have tried vector and other distros in the past but always seemed to be something missing.
So far I am very impressed with 6.0

Thank all of you so much for your efforts, they appear to be working.

Welcome to Vector Linux!  I'm glad you're happy with the 6.0 release so far.  Aside from some very minor niggles so am I.

I think you'll find the Vector Linux community to be among the most friendly and helpful out there.  A distro is much more than code -- the people really matter too.  That's the one thing that guarantees that I stick with VL.

Again, welcome!
