Firefox 3.0.8
« on: April 02, 2009, 09:33:38 pm »
Got an update through this morning for seamonkey but gslapt says it's holding back firefox 3.0.8 as it depends on freetype >= 2.3.9

Is this as it should be or do I need to update something?

Ta.

I checked and I'm getting the same thing.
Then I took a look for then new freetype in testing.  It's there.
So either just wait for freetype to come out of testing (maybe in there for a reason, don't know)
Or take the plunge, install it from testing then install the new firefox. (I did, so far so good.)

Ta for the info. Methinks I shall wait for it to roll out as planned.

:) Should be out now - I'm a bit slow moving tested things from testing to patches. Sorry about that....
