MyPasswordSafe is a straight-forward, easy-to-use password manager that maintains compatibility with Password Safe files.

Hi I found it quite easy to use KeepassX that's in the repositories and convert from PasswordSafe which I was using under Windows. I presume it's the same software. I googled on this and had to do the conversion in Windows using if memory serves keepass - again different software from KeepassX - an early version (1.09 I think). KeepassX is very similar to PasswordSafe. I don't know MyPasswordSafe though.
