Firefox bookmarks
« on: May 21, 2009, 06:36:44 pm »

I just did an install of Vector 6.0 standard and have a problem with firefox bookmarks. Whenever I make a new bookmark, or import a bookmark, I get a whole bunch of google ads junk appearing in front of the address that I book marked.

Code: [Select]
http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-8121019831108649&dt=1242954750388&lmt=1242955004&output=html&slotname=5638586537&correlator=1242954750388&url=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.vectorlinux.com%2F&frm=0&ga_vid=1143974381.1242954644&ga_sid=1242954644&ga_hid=1606776074&ga_fc=true&flash=10.0.12&w=468&h=60&u_h=768&u_w=1024&u_ah=768&u_aw=1024&u_cd=16&u_tz=-240&u_his=5&u_java=true&u_nplug=11&u_nmime=109&dtd=38&xpc=Xk2FaOf62M&p=http%3A//forum.vectorlinux.com
This occurs after I restart firefox not when the bookmark is originaly made.

Also all of the favicons change to whatever site I am on at that moment.
Seamonkey is fine. But I want the user of this machine not to have to change.

This is the most recent package available through GSLAPT. Is there any way to fix this?
